I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the refreshing complimentary fruit-infused water and tasty eclairs every afternoon. The hotel really helps you unwind with a cozy lounge area and a relaxing garden terrace. Just a small note, the Wi-Fi could get a bit slow at times, but overall, I had a fantastic experience! 😊

I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the comfortable room and the easy access to explore nearby restaurants. The hotel had a great lounge area and a cozy bar to relax after a long day. The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. 😊

It was just a strong match for a date night in London with excellent value for money. They surprised my mum with birthday decorations in the room, which was lovely! I recommend checking the room for extra blankets upon arrival.

Amazing Anniversary Surprise!
We had such a great time celebrating our anniversary! The upgrade we got was awesome, and the room was super comfy with a cool bed setup. Plus, the breakfast was way better than expected—those sausages were delicious! Only thing is, the bar area could have more drink options. But overall, the staff really made us feel like VIPs!

Recommend it for groups wanting comfort
The staff were really accommodating, gave us extra time for our check-in for a solid nap after the flight. Plus, the room we got had this bigger bed that felt like a king-sized cloud, and the shower? Let me tell ya, pressure was enough to wash the sins right off.

the room had a nice view of the street and was really well appointed with a kettle for tea, cookies, microwave, mini fridge n safe. location was super close to earls court station n it’s a nice street too. shower was good even tho it was hard to get in n out of the tub. had a very quiet stay so i had no noise issues and the a/c worked well.
the bathroom was a bit deep to get into and out of the tub. i didn't eat breakfast but they offered it, n would've liked more options.

A convenient spot just a 3-minute walk from the tube station with clean, comfy accommodations. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, including fresh coffee, satisfying our needs well. However, the staff's behavior during check-out felt dismissive, and the consistent noise from the street detracted from the experience.

Local dining? You can't beat it! The Park Grand Kensington Restaurant serves a delightful breakfast, and the dinner options are a genuine treat, featuring some fabulous flavors. Nearby, I fell hard for Siam Garden's Thai delights and The Little French Restaurant’s cozy charm—true gems! Our room was a comfy Deluxe Double Room and staff were courteous overall.
